    an Francisco. Mr. Newton relocated to Seattle in 2005 when the firm=E2=
    =80=99s new office opened and he currently co-manages the Seattle and E=
    meryville offices. He has over 30 years of experience in forensic accou=
    nting and economics cases.</p>=0D=0A=0D=0A<p>Mr. Newton=E2=80=99s expertise includes the measurement of economic dama=
    ges resulting from business interruption, construction defect, business=
     valuation cases, intellectual property infringement, property loss, co=
    ntingent losses, employee dishonesty, contractual disputes, product lia=
    bility, employee pay disputes and personal injury. He also has signific=
    ant experience in the measurement of construction claims and consequent=
    ial damages for both owners and contractors. Mr. Newton has investigate=
    d many fraud cases including embezzlement, theft of cash, theft of inve=
    ntory and other personal property, and kickback schemes.</p>=0D=0A=0D=0A<p>Mr. Newton has testified as an expert witness on hundreds of occasions i=
    n deposition and in trial for cases in State Court, Federal Court, arbi=
    tration and insurance appraisals. He has also testified before the Inte=
    rnational Trade Commission in Washington, DC regarding a patent infring=
