Ken Gibson is a partner in HSNO’s Dallas, Texas office. Mr. Gibson has over 30 years of forensic accounting experience in the area of financial damage evaluation. He is primarily engaged as a consultant by insurance companies, independent insurance adjusters and attorneys.

Mr. Gibson’s assignments include evaluation of damage claims made under property damage, business interruption and extra expense insurance policies and determination of damages regarding product liability and third party disputes. In particular, Mr. Gibson specializes in the evaluation of damage claims of companies in the energy industry. He has been responsible for evaluating damage claims totaling in excess of $5 billion.

Mr. Gibson has testified by deposition and in trial regarding his damage evaluations, including cases involving companies in the oil refining, gas processing and electricity generation business.
